Digital Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

Support key initiatives within the Business Transformation team, focused on digitizing and modernizing customer and partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing digitization efforts, including an in-flight initiative to transition forms using DocHub, improving application intake and reducing manual processing
• Contribute to the launch of a new solicitor portal initiative, a B2B integration with external title services partners
• Assist in standing up a new customer experience portal for employee use, ensuring strong usability and end-to-end process alignment
• Dedicate the majority of time to driving the solicitor portal project from planning into execution

Delivery and Execution

• Support delivery readiness by helping establish the delivery team, including defining roles, timelines, and key dependencies
• Partner with technology, product, operations, and external vendors to move initiatives from design into execution
• Assist with requirements refinement and coordination across multiple workstreams
• Track early delivery progress and support overall project momentum

Risk and Coordination

• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers early and escalate as needed to ensure initiatives stay on track

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 plus years of PM experience
• Strong knowledge of agile methodology and practices
• Experience in home financing at large FI specifically focused on closing experience and engagement with solicitors
• Strong data and analytics mindset using data to inform decisions and recommend options for resolution
• Ideally has worked on large B2B integration between FI and suppliers
