SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

• 8+ years of overall software development experience, including more than 4 years focused on professional Python development with advanced coding expertise and framework-based application development.
• 6+ years of strong hands-on experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and database optimization.
• 6+ years of experience working with relational database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.
• 4+ years of practical experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software engineering best practices, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working in Capital Markets with exposure to trading systems, market data processing, securities lifecycle, and financial services applications.
• Good understanding of capital markets concepts including equities, fixed income, derivatives, asset management, and regulatory/compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting or developing applications related to order management systems (OMS), trade processing, risk management, or financial analytics platforms.
