🌟 About the Role

Client is seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to lead and support Agile delivery across software development teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about driving continuous improvement and Agile excellence.

As a Scrum Master, you will mentor teams, facilitate Agile practices, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes while fostering a strong Agile mindset across the organisation.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Provide Agile/Scrum coaching and mentoring to teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in Agile best practices
• Support planning, prioritisation, and delivery of work across programs
• Collaborate with team managers to optimise team performance
• Drive Agile adoption at portfolio/program levels
• Enable continuous improvement and foster a culture of transparency and empowerment

✅ Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments (DevOps experience preferred)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, XP
• Experience with Agile engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, TDD, automated testing, user stories)
• Ability to lead through influence and inspire high-performing teams
• Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations (highly regarded)
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organisational skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of software and IT trends

🎓 Qualifications

• Scrum and/or Agile certification (required)
• Postgraduate qualifications in IT, Engineering, or related fields (desirable)
• Experience in the higher education sector (desirable)
