Join us in our mission to make care smarter!

At BeeHealthy, we're on a mission to make care smarter through our configurable, white-label SaaS platform. We combine over 115 years of healthcare expertise with modern technology to serve social, healthcare, and veterinary care providers and insurance organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

We're growing fast and looking for people who want to do meaningful work. If you care about impact, quality, and building products that genuinely improve how care is delivered, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Our team builds a native Android application with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Google’s Modern App Architecture. We’re developing a multi-tenant SaaS platform used by healthcare providers worldwide — delivering seamless access to digital health services such as bookings, messaging with a practitioner, and video consultations.

We care deeply about user experience, accessibility, and maintainability. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, other developers, and product managers in a supportive team that values ownership, learning, and humor.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain our modern Android app using Kotlin, Compose, Coroutines, and Jetpack libraries.
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional agile team with strong code ownership.
  • Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our multi-tenant mobile platform.
  • Deliver new features, fixes and improvements that impact real users’ health journeys.
  • You will join our Android team to work on tasks affecting the Android client holistically.

Must have skills

  • Strong expertise in native Android and Jetpack Compose.
  • Experience with Coroutines, Flow, and Modern App Architecture.
  • Fluent English (Finnish is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in Android development.

We value great communicators with a can-do attitude who enjoy working on impactful projects. We work in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and things can be uncertain at times. We’re looking for someone who embraces change, and finds solutions even in ambiguity. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Bonus points

  • Eye and taste for spotting UI design details and accessibility issues.
  • We actively use different AI tools and expect to lean into them further. We’d like to hear your experiences from AI tools.
  • Deep expertise in something specific e.g. performance issues, payments, mobile security, CI/CD pipelines etc.
  • Understanding of modular app architectures and multi-tenant SaaS.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres).
  • Knowledge of health tech, integrations, or medical app regulations.
  • Relevant technical university of applied sciences or university degree.

Location

Flexible home-office policy, with offices in Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Berlin, and Tallinn.

Benefits

  • Generous, Nordic-style paid holiday.
  • Flexible home-office policy and working hours.
  • Your choice of IT equipment.
  • Comprehensive occupational healthcare.
  • Sponsored sports or culture memberships.
  • Healthy snacks, and drinks at the office.
  • Regular team days, game nights, and social events.

Culture at BeeHealthy

At BeeHealthy, freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. You'll be trusted to work independently while collaborating closely with your colleagues — sharing knowledge, learning continuously, and respecting each other both professionally and personally.

Our culture is guided by strong values:
