Available vacancy in our Vilnius office: Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Designer, you will lead the creative execution of high-impact projects, crafting sophisticated visuals for both digital and print platforms while evolving our core brand guidelines. You’ll serve as a collaborative powerhouse, bridging the gap between marketing strategy and hands-on design to ensure visual excellence across every campaign, event, and product launch.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality design materials for digital and print channels.
• Lead an internal team of designers.
• Hands-on Execution: Take the lead on high-impact projects, personally designing key visuals, and merchandise.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Create key visuals, layouts, presentations, and other core design assets.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of brand guidelines and design systems.
• Work with external vendors and freelancers when needed, ensuring quality output.
• Optimize design processes and use modern tools (including AI) to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and print design projects.
• Solid understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and design principles.
• Ability to translate business and marketing goals into effective design solutions.
• High proficiency in modern design tools and design systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team management experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian would be an asset.
