Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure IS Project Manager with strong expertise in ITIL processes and ServiceNow Greenfield implementations. The candidate will lead infrastructure and IT service management initiatives focused on defining and implementing Future Operating Models, improving service delivery, and driving enterprise-wide transformation programs.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ITSM transformation initiatives, and ServiceNow platform implementations across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Infrastructure and IT Service Management projects

• Drive Future Operating Model (FOM) transformation initiatives

• Manage ServiceNow Greenfield implementation programs

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and vendors

• Define project scope, timelines, governance, risks, and deliverables

• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards

• Manage RAID logs, reporting, and executive stakeholder communication

• Oversee process design, service transition, and operational readiness

• Support change management and continuous service improvement initiatives

• Ensure successful delivery within budget, scope, and timelines

Required Skills

• PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certifications Mandatory

• Strong experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager / IS Project Manager

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Greenfield implementations

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes

• Experience in Future Operating Model transformation programs

• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management

• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise transformation projects

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Excellent project governance and delivery management capabilities

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM exposure

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models

• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure environments
