About The Role
We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our product development efforts by maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure. In this role, you will be part of a small, focused DevOps team comprising two members, offering you the opportunity to take ownership of critical infrastructure components and gain broad exposure across our entire technology stack. You will work closely with engineers from multiple product teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that our infrastructure remains robust, secure, and scalable to support our international growth. Your primary focus will be on operational excellence, including strengthening security measures, improving reliability, and streamlining deployment pipelines. As part of our ongoing efforts to mature our technological foundation, you will identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement best practices to optimize our systems. This role offers a unique chance to contribute directly to the stability and security of our services while developing your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications
- Some hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or similar
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Programming or scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, TypeScript, or equivalent
- Interest or experience with infrastructure as code frameworks such as Terraform or Pulumi
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Motivation to learn, take ownership, and proactively improve systems
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure, tooling, and delivery pipelines to enable efficient service development and operation
- Contribute to security and compliance initiatives, ensuring infrastructure aligns with industry standards and best practices
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate routine tasks to improve deployment efficiency
- Maintain and evolve shared infrastructure components, internal CLI tools, and AI platforms
- Drive improvements in observability, enabling teams to better monitor and troubleshoot services
- Identify areas for infrastructure enhancement, take ownership, and execute improvement initiatives
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative learning environment
