Human Resources Coordinator

HR Coordinator | Temp to Perm | Penrith | Hybrid working (2 days WFH) | $45 per hour + super

We’re partnering with a well‑established organisation in the construction and infrastructure sector to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting HR operations in a fast‑paced, operational environment and is looking for longer‑term stability.

The role

Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will support day‑to‑day HR activities across the employee lifecycle and work closely with managers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating HR processes across onboarding, contracts, variations and offboarding
• Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee and manager queries
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Supporting recruitment coordination and pre‑employment checks
• Assisting with HR reporting, compliance and documentation
• Providing general support to the People & Culture team as required

About you

• Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR support role
• Experience working within the construction, infrastructure, engineering or a similar operational industry
• Comfortable supporting site‑based and office‑based stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
