They are scaling a specialized team focused on building enterprise-grade, multi-agent orchestrations and decision-making systems. The Role at a Glance

• Tech Stack: Python (FastAPI/Django), React.js, LangChain, OpenAI Agents.
• Focus: Engineering "Agentic AI" solutions that move beyond chatbots into true autonomous orchestration.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will bridge the gap between robust software engineering and cutting-edge AI:

• Architect & Build: Design full-stack applications with a Python backend and React frontend.
• AI Orchestration: Develop multi-agent systems and decision-making frameworks.
• Lead Innovation: Evaluate the latest Agentic AI design patterns and drive their adoption within the enterprise.
• Observability: Implement tracking for AI performance, evaluation, and reliability.
• Agile Delivery: Work in a high-octane DevOps environment to deliver production-ready code in iterative sprints.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years in full-stack application development.
• Python Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and modern frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Frontend Expertise: Advanced React.js skills (Hooks, State Management, TypeScript).
• The AI Edge: Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI Agents, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Cloud & Scale: Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Education: A degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
