We would like to meet a Business Analyst for a project with a hybrid working model.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Experience in requirements management (collect, analyze and challenge needs);
• Experience with agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence;
• Experience in data, analytics, data warehousing, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data modeling (tables, relationships); familiarity with Databricks is preferred.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;
• Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;
• Gathering and clarifying requirements with multiple stakeholders;
• Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria;
• Writing user stories that include business requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Backlog refinement and support for Agile ceremonies;
• Functional oversight through acceptance testing;
• Organization of functional documentation;
• Validation of deliverables.
