We're looking for a Head of Growth to own and execute the growth strategy of our multiple brands across multiple channels and markets.
This role is 50% execution, 50% strategy. You’ll be building and scaling growth systems globally through paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), influencers & UGC creators, email, SEO, and other channels. You’ll help refine our strategy, build the systems, and work directly with the founders to scale the business. You’ll lead the in-house marketing team, agencies and other external partners.
We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Paid acquisition
– Own paid media end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, and Google (and any new channel worth testing)
– Coordinate a team of (in-house + external) media buyers, creative strategists, designers, video editors and AI producers to deliver on your strategy.
– Scale $1M/mo+ spend profitably against ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC targets.
– Continuously refine our high-level creative strategy by identifying new personas, angles and pain points.
– Launch and test new landing pages, funnels, checkouts, upsells and pricing experiments.
Content engine
– Build and scale our influencer, UGC, and creator program - sourcing, briefing, negotiating, measuring.
– Translate platform and creator trends into angles and hooks that convert.
Lifecycle, SEO, and other channels
– Oversee email/lifecycle marketing - activation, retention, reactivation, churn prevention - together with product.
– Build SEO as a long-term acquisition channel.
– Identify net-new channels, validate them with small bets, scale the ones that work.
Data, attribution, experimentation
– Live in the numbers across Meta/TikTok/Google, GA4, and product analytics.
– Design, run and evaluate experiments across the whole funnel.
– Catch tracking and attribution gaps early and work with engineering/data to fix them.
– Partner with product and data to move conversion, activation, and churn metrics.
Team & operating cadence
– Lead and grow the in-house marketing team. Manage agencies and external partners and hold them to a high bar.
– Work directly with the founders on strategy, priorities, and trade-offs.
– Deliver clean reporting and insights to leadership: what worked, what didn't, what's next.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Required
– 5+ years in performance marketing at a consumer tech, B2C subscription company or e-commerce.
– Hands-on experience running performance campaigns (ideally on Meta)
– A track record of scaling spend meaningfully and managing big marketing budgets.
– Strong analytical skills - you can pull a report and decide what to do without waiting for someone to interpret it for you.
– Strong understanding of consumer psychology and copywriting skills.
– Experience with email marketing.
– Experience with CRO and running experiments (A/B tests).
– Experience leading a team and managing agency or freelancer relationships.
– Strong written communication and fluent English.
Strongly preferred
– Experience running influencer, UGC, or creator programs at meaningful scale.
– Experience building or scaling a new acquisition channel from zero.
– Comfort with attribution debugging - you know when the numbers are lying and how to investigate.
– Experience with SEO, AIO, and/or ASO.
