Our Client is seeking a PHP Developer (Remote) to support the advancement of AI technologies by contributing expert programming knowledge and improving the quality of AI-generated solutions. This role is perfect for developers who enjoy problem-solving, reviewing code, and influencing next-generation AI systems through hands-on technical input.

What You’ll Do

• Help train AI models by solving and explaining complex programming challenges
• Create and answer computer science-related questions to enhance AI learning
• Review, evaluate, and rank AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated responses

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming experience (PHP preferred, along with exposure to Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++)
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in Spanish and English
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and technical clarity

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer
• Passion for coding, reviewing solutions, and mentoring through feedback
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies
