We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support the Agentic Content Systems (ACS) organization within RL Content. This role focuses on building AI-native tooling, agentic workflows, validation infrastructure, and developer-facing systems that drive innovation and automation across the organization.

As part of the Developer Ecosystem Success Programs team, you will help empower developers and creators building immersive experiences for Horizon Store and Horizon Worlds by reducing development friction, accelerating AI-powered workflows, and enabling scalable content systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship agentic workflows that automate manual processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tooling surfaces aggregating agentic signals for content leadership
• Rapidly prototype AI-native tools and workflows, iterating based on feedback and measurable outcomes
• Evaluate and integrate external and internal AI tooling into development workflows
• Build validation harnesses, evaluation pipelines, and supervised handoff workflows for production agents
• Extend registry, reporting, and knowledge-layer infrastructure with custom integrations and reporting surfaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pod leads, stakeholders, and engineering partners to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Document systems, APIs, and architectural decisions for long-term scalability and handoff

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong coding and system architecture experience
• Hands-on experience building with AI technologies, including agentic models and AI-assisted development workflows
• Full-stack development experience with:
• React
• JavaScript
• Python
• PHP/Hack
• Experience building internal or external AI-powered tools and applications

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
