Our Client is seeking experienced Go Developers and Programming Experts to contribute to the advancement, intelligence, and safety of next‑generation AI models. This fully remote role is ideal for developers who enjoy solving complex problems, reviewing code, and clearly explaining technical concepts to help train and improve AI systems.

What You’ll Do

• Train AI models to interpret and solve complex programming and computer science problems.
• Create and answer technical questions to improve AI reasoning and code generation capabilities.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to enhance AI model performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and at least one additional language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Ability to clearly explain complex programming concepts in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent technical writing skills with strong grammar and clarity in both languages.
• Preferred: 1+ year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full‑Stack Developer.
