Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Program Management capabilities to drive operational excellence, delivery quality, and technical leadership across our cloud delivery team. This role blends deep technical expertise with structured program governance, ensuring every engagement is delivered with consistency, precision, and measurable customer impact.

You will bring deep hands‑on experience across the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, including Azure architecture, identity and security, modern workplace technologies, and AI‑driven solutions. Your background should include guiding teams through complex cloud transformations, validating solution designs, and ensuring delivery excellence aligned to industry and Microsoft best‑practice frameworks.

What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership

• Serve as the technical authority for the team, providing architectural guidance, best‑practice validation, and delivery assurance across cloud, security, AI, and modern workplace solution areas.
• Review and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, alignment to industry frameworks, and technical depth.
• Collaborate with SMEs and content owners to refine methodologies and improve delivery assets.

Program & Project Governance

• Maintain the team’s operational cadence, including bi‑weekly syncs and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Govern the full delivery lifecycle—kickoffs, milestones, deliverables, and closeouts.
• Partner with resource and delivery managers to manage workload planning and capacity.

Operational Leadership

• Represent the team in regional forums, leadership discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure engagement readiness, operational compliance, and alignment across cross‑functional groups.
• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational maturity across teams.
• Identify systemic risks and partner with leadership to implement improvements.

Innovation & IP Contribution

• Provide structured feedback to improve delivery IP, automation, and tooling.
• Bring field insights, best practices, and process improvements into the wider organisation.
