Java Support & Development Engineer

🚀 Hiring Alert | Java + Node JS Support & Development Professionals

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Java, Node JS, and Oracle for Support + Development roles.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 application support for critical business applications

• Handle 24x7 production operations and critical incident management

• Work on Java and Node JS application development and enhancements

• Monitor application health using observability and monitoring tools (APM, logs, alerts)

• Work with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability and performance

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and deployments

🔹 Mandatory Skills:

✅ Java

✅ Node JS

✅ Oracle

✅ Support + Development Experience

🔹 Preferred Skills:

• ITIL process knowledge

• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools

• Monitoring & observability tools experience

• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
