Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Design Lead to craft intelligent, user-centric AI-powered experiences used by millions globally. You’ll lead end-to-end product design across AI-driven workflows, conversational interfaces, personalization systems, and next-generation consumer experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong product thinking, systems design, and growth-focused execution with curiosity about emerging AI technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design strategy and execution for AI-powered product experiences
• Design intuitive user journeys for AI-assisted workflows, recommendations, automation, and conversational experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple and human-centered interfaces
• Drive experimentation, usability testing, and data-informed product improvements
• Build scalable design systems for AI-first products
• Define interaction models, trust patterns, and responsible AI user experiences
• Mentor designers and contribute to design culture and processes
• Partner with stakeholders to shape product vision and roadmap

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design
• Strong experience designing large-scale consumer products
• Proven ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences
• Experience working on fintech, marketplace, SaaS, or consumer platforms
• Strong understanding of:
• User Experience Design
• Information Architecture
• Design Systems
• Interaction Design
• Growth & Conversion Optimization
• Research & Usability Testing
• Rapid Prototyping
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred AI Experience

• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or recommendation systems
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM-based experiences, copilots, or conversational interfaces
• Understanding of AI interaction patterns, trust, explainability, and personalization
• Experience integrating AI into consumer or fintech products
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools and product ecosystems
