Your new role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support a high-profile program focused on reviewing and improving asset visibility across the business. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will coordinate activities, ensure accurate documentation, and assist in driving project outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of a business-wide asset review project
• Coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information
• Producing high-quality project documentation and reports
• Preparing and presenting project updates and findings
• Managing multiple priorities across different workstreams

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Baseline security clearance is highly desirable
