Job Title: Product Manager - Senior

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 120 business days (6 months) with the possibility of extension

Pay Rate: CAD $95 per hour

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the planning, strategy, and delivery of digital products and IT transformation initiatives. This role focuses on defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer and business requirements, managing product roadmaps and backlogs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Requires strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading stakeholder discussions, and delivering user-centric products in complex enterprise environments. Experience with PRDs/MRDs, KPI tracking, release planning, and digital transformation projects is preferred.

Must Have:

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Defining the product vision.
• Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
