JOb Description:

Help to set up a Proof of concept in the context of advanced citizen identifier pseudonymization.

Crypto expert with proven technical in-depth experience (minimum 7 years) with FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption). In particular, with the TFHE scheme and, ideally also CKKS. The expert should be able to give support in efficient transciphering with AES / FHE Oblivious AES-enciphering, as well as in FHE acceleration. The crypto expert understands the mathematics behind FHE in order to do the necessary optimisations in order to minimize computational and communication overhead.

The crypto expert will deliver support in building a proof of concept. This support does not have to happen on-site
