Project Manager

Context

As part of the Just Case program, the central case management system for the judicial domain, several major projects are ongoing (Noodle, NSWB, Just Case Youth, Just Case Labor). The program remains in an active development phase and requires strong project governance.

Mission

The Project Manager Just Case is responsible for the operational management of multiple projects within the program, ensuring coordination, delivery, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage one or more projects (planning, budget, resources, dependencies)

Coordinate teams (business, ICT, external partners)

Manage risks, issues, and changes

Provide reporting to governance bodies (Steerco, management)

Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines

Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment

Ensure consistency across projects and with the overall roadmap

Contribute to continuous improvement of project practices

Profile

2–5 years of experience in IT project management

Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMO)

Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Strong organizational and communication skills

Analytical and structured mindset
