About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer Fullstack (m/f/d) to join our IT Business Unit at Hamburg on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. In this role, you will be an integral part of our ZED team, responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of our internal application, TKeasy. This application is central to our daily operations, supporting our service centers in efficiently handling customer inquiries and requests. Your work will contribute to ensuring that our systems remain stable, scalable, and adaptable to future technological advancements. You will collaborate closely with product owners, system architects, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, with at least three years of full-stack Java development experience. Experience with React is highly desirable. A strong passion for writing clean, maintainable code and a solid understanding of software craftsmanship principles are essential. You should have expertise in testing methodologies and test automation, along with experience working with legacy codebases, especially in refactoring scenarios. Familiarity with AI tools integrated into the development process is a plus. Excellent analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and strong communication and documentation abilities are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Continuously develop and maintain existing applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle, adhering to predefined and well-understood design principles.
- Contribute to ensuring a stable and reliable production environment by proactively monitoring and optimizing system performance.
- Maintain high code quality, system stability, and comprehensive test coverage to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, system architects, developers, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions.
