About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a solid background in Power BI to contribute to Analytics and Business Intelligence projects. This role involves bridging the gap between functional business needs and technical reporting solutions, ensuring the delivery of scalable, efficient, and high-quality analytical dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with business teams to analyze needs and lead requirements-gathering workshops.
• Dashboard Development: Create, publish, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Data Modelling: Design and optimize data models (Star Schema, Fact/Dimension) and develop complex metrics and KPIs using DAX.
• Data Integration: Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL Server, APIs, Cloud, Excel/CSV) using Power Query and M.
• Governance & Performance: Implement best practices in performance optimization, usability, security, and data governance.
• Technical Collaboration: Support the definition and evolution of analytics architecture in partnership with Data Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Power BI (Desktop/Service), DAX, and Power Query.
• Modelling & SQL: Solid knowledge of SQL and data modelling principles (Data relationships, Fact and Dimension tables).
• Integration Experience: Proven track record of integrating data from multiple cloud and on-premises sources.
• Soft Skills: Autonomous and proactive profile with strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Platform, SSAS Tabular, CI/CD for Power BI, or Paginated Reports.
