Your New Role

• Designing and developing backend services and APIs that underpin digital platforms
• Building and maintaining system integrations across internal and external environments
• Supporting data flows, storage solutions, and data integrity across platforms
• Delivering full-stack solutions, including contributing to frontend components and UI implementation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical outcomes
• Improving platform scalability, performance, and overall developer experience
• Participating in code reviews and troubleshooting complex production issues
• Contributing to technical direction and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience delivering full stack applications, with a strong backend focus
• Expertise in building APIs and integrating systems across complex environments
• Frontend development capability using modern technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based frameworks)
• Experience with version control (Git) and modern development practices (CI/CD, code reviews)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and drive improvements

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Exposure to microservices architecture and modern testing frameworks
• Experience integrating AI solutions into applications
