Full Stack Engineer

Mid & Senior Software Engineer – Hybrid Melbourne – $140,000–$180,000 + Super + Equity
 
A Sydney-based FinTech scaleup is continuing to build out its engineering team as it scales a modern, customer-first platform within the property space. With strong growth, solid backing, and a clear product vision, they’re investing heavily in building a high-quality engineering function.

You’ll be working closely with product, design, and leadership, taking ownership across full stack development while contributing to architecture and technical direction as the platform evolves. 

What you’ll be doing

• Build and scale modern full stack applications using React, TypeScript and Node.js
• Develop high quality, customer-facing features across web platforms
• Contribute to system design, architecture and technical decision making
• Work closely with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Support best practices across engineering, code quality and deliver 

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with React (Web) in production
• Solid Node.js and full stack development experience
• Experience building scalable, customer-facing products
• Exposure to cloud environments and modern development practices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Ability to take ownership and contribute to technical direction
