The Role

  • Start with an intensive development phase covering data tools, analysis techniques, and practical methods
  • Apply your learned skills at a client site, contributing to data analysis, dashboard creation, data modeling, and reporting
  • Participate in in-depth technical training led by experienced data professionals
  • Enhance communication skills through soft-skill sessions, including a learning weekend
  • Receive structured guidance from a Learning Consultant and Personal Coach
  • Opportunity for permanent employment with a client upon successful completion of the program

What You'll Need

  • Recently completed a Master's degree in a STEM field
  • Strong interest in data, technology, and analytical challenges
  • Eager to learn and committed to personal and professional development
  • Proactive in tackling new challenges and taking on responsibility
  • Flexible and willing to work within the Randstad area (or willing to relocate)
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
