What will I be doing?
- Responsible for the timely entry of employee information into the system: hires, departures, suspensions, changes in position, salary, working hours, organizational structure, reporting, updating seniority, promotions, changes in work schedule, night hours, IBAN accounts, medical leaves;
- Calculates and keeps records of variable pay elements: bonuses, allowances;
- Ensures the accuracy of employee attendance records through checks during the month and before finalizing the monthly payroll calculation;
- Responsible for the accuracy and timely delivery of the final report for the preparation of the monthly payroll, monthly reports such as Headcount, Provision for unused leaves, Attrition;
- Prepares periodic and on-request reports, employee certificates;
- Responsible for preparing, signing, and archiving employment contracts or addendums: internal transfers, promotions, salary changes, teleworking, etc.;
- Prepares suspension and termination decisions for personnel leaving the company;
- Ensures liaison with labor authorities, registers and reports employment contracts, addendums, decisions, notifications regarding pregnancy, and other situations provided by labor legislation to the competent authorities within the legal deadline;
- Manages the relationship with the benefits provider, occupational medicine, and/or medical service subscriptions, ensures all employees undergo pre-employment and periodic medical examinations as required by law, advises and assists colleagues in dealing with this provider;
- Participates in intra and interdepartmental projects or activities, based on their role and competencies, to contribute to achieving team objectives;
- Fully complies with labor legislation in daily responsibilities and throughout all activities.

- Higher education;
- Previous experience in human resources, personnel administration, and payroll/reporting for a minimum of 3 years;
- Advanced knowledge of labor legislation - Human Resources Inspector Course and Payroll Course;
