Senior Scrum Master Job Description

Role Summary

The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for enabling high performing Agile teams by coaching facilitating and removing impedimentswhile also driving Agile maturity across multiple teams or programs This role involves multiproduct setup within DCOM Domain goes beyond running ceremonies and focuses on outcomes continuous improvement and organizational impact.

Skills/Experience:

Required

• 5 years working in Agile environments Scrum Master Agile Coach etc


• Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban and Agile principles


• Proven experience coaching mature and struggling teams


• Excellent facilitation communication and conflict resolution skills


• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and leadership

Preferred

• Experience in scaled Agile environments


• Background in software delivery engineering or product development


• Scrum Master or Agile certifications CSM PSM II etc


• Experience with metrics and flow based improvement
