Join our team and help keep critical service delivery systems reliable, accurate and ready for the people who depend on them. As a Senior Officer (System Support and User Acceptance Testing), you will provide advice and practical support to a range of stakeholders, working closely with business users and IT support to investigate issues, resolve incidents and help implement system changes.

You will contribute to improving system performance and confidence in business data by investigating and cleansing data where required, identifying recurring issues, and reporting on trends. You will use trend information to recommend and support continuous improvement opportunities across processes, procedures, UAT practices and general administration.

A key part of the role is supporting scheduled releases and technology-based changes through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will assist with planning and undertaking testing activities, documenting outcomes, raising defects or risks, and working with stakeholders to ensure changes are ready for operational use and do not disrupt service delivery.

To succeed, you will bring a strong customer service focus, clear communication and a collaborative approach. You will be comfortable juggling competing priorities, applying sound judgement, and working through problems methodically to get to practical outcomes. Experience supporting large, complex systems in high-volume, real-time environments and/or experience in usability design and online service delivery will be highly regarded.
