Java Technical Lead

UST is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to build end-to-end business solutions for a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP), and SQL databases. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Onsite Technical Leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering discussions, technical design reviews, and architecture discussions
• Own sprint backlog items and coordinate with development teams for successful delivery.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot applications across UI and service layers.
• Perform code reviews to ensure scalability, reusability, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members on technical and development practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, automation testing, and CI/CD practices.
