They’re looking for a hands-on Senior Tech Lead who wants to help shape that future.

This role sits directly within the customer acquisition and onboarding ecosystem, the systems responsible for how users discover, onboard, verify, and activate on the platform. The work you do here will directly influence growth, conversion, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Building

You’ll help evolve and scale:

• High-traffic customer-facing fintech products

• Real-time onboarding and activation journeys

• Identity verification and authentication systems

• Scalable APIs and backend services

• Modern full stack experiences with strong UX focus

• Systems handling performance, reliability, and security at scale
