Application Administrator

Your responsibilities:

ERP Administration & Support

• Participate in the administration and configuration of the ERP

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the application

• Analyze and resolve recurring incidents or issues

• Maintain functional and technical documentation

Technical Support & Analysis

• Diagnose issues related to the application, data, or workflows

• Analyze root causes and propose sustainable solutions

• Assist users with complex issues

• Bridge the gap between business needs and application solutions

Data & Interfaces

• Perform data analysis and extraction using SQL

• Ensure data quality and consistency

• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of interfaces with other applications

• Analyze data flows (CSV, XML, JSON, API)

Upgrades

• Participate in analyzing ERP upgrade requirements

• Contribute to testing and validation phases

• Propose improvements and automations (Excel / VBA)
