Overview

The HR Culture Programs Specialist supports the design, implementation, and coordination of programs that strengthen AIT's culture, employee engagement, and Talent Programs. Reporting to the HR Business Partner PM Europe, this role helps deliver global aligned with AIT's core values and People agenda—focusing on employee experience, recognition, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement and Talent Management programs. The specialist oversees the communication calendar and ensures all programs are communicated in alignment with the global communication plan. Ensuring a smooth execution of initiatives program communication across the region Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the HR communications calendar for Europe, ensuring timely, consistent and effective messaging for all HR initiatives in close alignment with Global and European stakeholders.
• Lead and draft HR communications across Europe, including the employee newsletter, SharePoint and other communication channels (e.g. announcements, organizational updates, HR initiatives, Outlook groups, monthly Newsflash), ensuring regular updates and ongoing maintenance. Continuous optimization and tailored messaging.
• Support the execution and communication of the Core Value Index Survey, including coordination of related communications.
• Supports recognition programs, cultural initiatives and employee engagement events ( AIT Cares, Women in Business, Employee Support Program) across the European organization, including administrative and logistical support.
• Support training development and delivery on various HR programs across Europe including communication, roll-out plan, administration etc. in alignment with the Europe strategy and HR Programs.
• Organize and coordinate leadership training and events
• Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Leads and manages different HR projects, e.g. Employer Branding, Career fairs material etc.
• General administrative support such as organization of events, travels, meetings, meetings notes etc.
• Develop and implement a European HR KPI reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree HR, Business, Administration, Communication or related field
• M in. 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on communication and/or administrative tasks
• Proven experience in independently developing, editing and delivering communication content for internal and external audiences
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Any other European language is a plus. German language skills are preferred.
• Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications).
• Knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s), Word, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint (High proficiency) are essential.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop and affinity with different communication tools preferred
