Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Engineer with a strong background in civil works, road construction, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders while maintaining compliance with authority requirements, especially as a Competent Person approved by TRANSCO and ADDC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities for road, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority standards.
• Handle site inspections and maintain valid competency with TRANSCO, ADDC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Track subcontractor performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures on site.
• Prepare accurate daily/weekly progress reports and maintain all necessary project documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and risk management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil works, road, and infrastructure projects.
• Approved Competent Person with TRANSCO and ADDC.
• In-depth knowledge of authority approval procedures, design standards, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site operations under pressure.
