Network & Security Implementation Engineer – Dubai


Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, configure, and deploy advanced Network and Network Security solutions across Campus, Data Center, and WAN environments.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Non-Functional Requirement documents (NFRU).

• Manage and deliver large-scale network and security projects from planning through execution and completion.

• Ensure adherence to network security best practices through audits of routers, switches, firewalls, change management processes, and monitoring systems.

• Design and implement Cisco ACI Single Site and Multi-Site architectures.

• Build and deploy secure network infrastructures, including Firewalls, VPNs, IPS, NAC, Proxy, WAF, and secure remote access solutions.

• Configure and support security platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Check Point Firewalls.

• Design, implement, and administer Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, and DNA Assurance solutions.

• Conduct network and security assessments to identify requirements and prepare implementation strategies.

• Diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.

• Work closely with project managers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project execution.

• Deliver technical training and post-implementation support to clients.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and advancements within the networking and cybersecurity domain.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in network and security implementation.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and related technologies.

• Proven expertise with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, as well as Cisco ACI environments.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Cisco Security solutions, including FTD Firewalls, Cisco Umbrella SASE, Cisco ISE, and Email Security Gateways.

• Experience working with additional security technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Check Point Firewalls.

• Extensive expertise in Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, and DNA Assurance deployments.

• Demonstrated experience preparing detailed technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and NFRU documents.

• Strong knowledge of Public Cloud Networking and Cloud-Native Security solutions.

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, NSE, or equivalent are highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proven ability to quickly learn, adapt, and implement emerging technologies with minimal supervision.
