Must haves:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization
• Strong experience with Power BI development, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Experience with data manipulation, transformation, cleansing, and wrangling
• Experience validating data models and working with complex datasets
• Understanding of data consistency, unit normalization, and data quality analysis
• Experience supporting scalable analytics and reporting initiatives
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Degree/Diploma in Business or IT OR CBAP certification required
