Staffline Recruitment Ireland, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent position, overseeing construction projects (based in Limerick and Clare) from pre-construction through to completion.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination and successful project delivery. Key duties include:
- Oversee construction projects from initial planning stages through to final completion.
- Check drawings and project documentation to ensure all details are correct and up to standard.
- Work closely with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams throughout the project.
- Coordinate daily activities on-site to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports for management.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and overall progress.
- Help ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
- Maintain strong communication across all teams involved in the project.

Criteria:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Ireland or the EU in a similar Project Manager role.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related construction discipline.
- Living locally (Limerick/Clare region) due to location of sites;
- Driving license + own transport;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience using relevant construction/project management software.
