Senior Lending Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Lending Project Manager to drive the development and quality of our lending portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on evaluating client financing needs, structuring credit solutions, and ensuring efficient and compliant execution of lending processes.

This role requires strong experience in corporate lending, including a deep understanding of credit analysis, documentation, collateral management, and risk assessment.

You will manage the full lending lifecycle - from client acquisition and deal structuring to execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring - while working closely with internal stakeholders across risk, compliance, and operations. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of credit quality, supporting business growth, and strengthening client relationships through professional financial guidance.

✨ Main Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate client requests related to lending, in accordance with the bank’s internal regulatory documents.
• Acquire new lending clients and increase loan portfolio
• Prepare all necessary documentation for concluding and amending credit transactions.
• Handle issues related to credit collateral (pledges, guarantees, etc.).
• Analyze and verify documents required for transaction approval, execution, or modification.
• Provide professional consultations to clients and colleagues within the scope of expertise.
• Ensure effective monitoring and control of credit case processes within assigned responsibilities.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in credit committee activities.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics, law, or business management.

• Mandatory practical experience in corporate lending, including factoring and leasing.

• Understanding of the lending process, legal aspects, and risk assessment.

• Accuracy, analytical thinking, and a high sense of responsibility.

• Proactivity and excellent teamwork skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Latvian and English languages.
