Mid Android Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join an Agile team focused on the continuous evolution and improvement of Android applications.

Hybrid model: 3 days per week at the office in Alfragide

Shuttle available from Sete Rios directly to the office

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop new features for Android applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs

• Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions with autonomy

• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Contribute to task estimation and sprint planning activities

• Ensure code quality, security and application performance

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Android mobile development

• Solid expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose

• Strong experience with Android Studio

• Good understanding of Design Patterns and mobile architectures (e.g. MVVM)

• Experience with Android UI guidelines such as Material Design

• Ability to work with mockups and design tools such as Figma

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
