We are looking for a Change Management Support Consultant/Project Manager for one of our banking clients, supporting the Financial Information Services (FIS) Management team on a high‑impact organisational change initiative.

In this role, you will support the rollout of a new Market Data operating model for Bloomberg, impacting over 600 users globally across Investment Advisory, Front Office, Research, Risk, and Operations.

You will play a key role in enabling smooth adoption by supporting stakeholder engagement, preparing targeted communications, coordinating feedback sessions, and contributing to training and readiness activities.

You will also assist with adoption tracking through surveys and usage metrics, maintain change documentation, and support governance and reporting for steering committees and working groups.

If you have around 2 years of experience in change management, project support, communications, or organisational development, ideally within financial services or large‑scale technology transformations, this could be a great next step.

You bring strong communication skills in English, are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, and enjoy collaborating in a fast‑paced, global environment. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability are key to succeeding in this role.

The role is initially from 01.06.2026 - 31.08.2026 with extension available.

You will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting a large‑scale transformation within a global banking environment, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
