What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer follow-up.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure new team members have a smooth, organized, and professional start at Slayz.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, contracts, personnel files, and internal HR trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate daily HR operations, including attendance follow-up, leave tracking, employee requests, and internal communication.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting, checking, and organizing relevant monthly HR data.
• Help improve HR processes, internal policies, employee experience, and team communication standards.
• Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team planning priorities.
• Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, internal announcements, and company culture activities.
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with labor law requirements, internal procedures, and company standards.
• Work closely with management on organizational planning, reporting, and people-related operational needs.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, people operations, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee documentation, onboarding, HR operations, and personnel administration.
• Familiarity with Turkish labor law, payroll preparation processes, leave tracking, and employee record management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with care.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Comfortable managing multiple HR tasks at the same time in a fast-moving office environment.
• Able to prepare clear reports, maintain trackers, and follow processes with discipline.
• Professional, solution-oriented, and attentive to employee experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, E-Mail, HR tools, and communication platforms.
Bonus Points
• Experience in a FinTech, brokerage, banking, financial services, technology, or startup environment.
• Experience with recruitment for product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, compliance, or capital markets roles.
• Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, and digital HR workflows.
• Experience supporting company culture, internal communication, employee engagement, or performance review processes.
• Knowledge of KVKK, occupational health and safety processes, and HR compliance documentation.
