Role : Senior Network Engineer

Location : Cracow, Poland (hybrid)

B2B Contract

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining an accurate and up to date carrier inventory
• Ensure management have visibility of carrier performance covering all key metrics
• Define relevant governance and processes covering key aspects of carrier management such as service performance tracking contract management third party management
• Ensuring and evidencing carrier compliance to requirements
• Work with internal finance procurement teams to ensure optimal commercial terms for the bank
• Build strong and effective relationships with third party carriers
• Participate in contractual discussions renewals or market evaluations RFPs

Skills:

• Telecom / Network Infrastructure (Must)
• Carrier circuits, WAN, MPLS, connectivity services
• Experience in large/global enterprise environments
• Carrier / Vendor Management (Strong Mandatory)
• Managing multiple telecom carriers/vendors
• SLA, performance tracking, service delivery management
• Third-Party / Supplier Management
• Contract handling, vendor governance, escalation management
• Commercial / Procurement Exposure
• Contract negotiations, renewals, pricing, RFPs
• Governance & Compliance
• Carrier compliance, audit readiness, performance governance
• Stakeholder Management
• Handling internal (finance/procurement/tech) + external carriers
• IT Infrastructure Exposure
• Knowledge of data centres, network infrastructure, connectivity
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to explain technical to non-technical stakeholders
