Right now, we are looking for a skilled Revenue Growth Manager.


You'll be responsible for managing and driving strategic leads from initial discovery (top of the funnel) through every stage of the sales cycle to final conversion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include phone calls, messages, and technical product demos, while acting as a trusted strategic consultant to our clients.

🔹Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification through close, ensuring the CRM is impeccably maintained and updated.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized product demonstrations (sales presentation) tailored to client needs.
  • Daily activities: Follow a flow / cadence to reach out leads, like phone calls, emails, messages, and follow-ups
  • Strategic Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations with key decision-makers (C-level, Sales and Marketing Directors), overcoming objections by focusing on the value proposition and ROI.
  • Market Intelligence: Track market trends and gather client feedback to collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on continuous solution improvement.
  • Forecasting & Targets: Commit to forecast accuracy and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Agility: Demonstrate proactivity and the agility to handle occasional spikes in demand.


🔹 Mandatory Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B software sales
  • Sales Methodology Mastery: SPICED or relevant sales frameworks.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of outbound sales, cold emailing, and sales processes and automation.
  • Exceptional Communication: Impeccable verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Fully metric-oriented (conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle length).


🎯Competitive Differentiators

  • Data-driven mindset. You want to understand why behind the process, not just execute tasks.
  • Previous experience using the Snov.io platform or similar outreach tools.
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM.
  • You enjoy phone outreach and live conversations with clients.
  • English at C1 level or above.
