Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer for an initial 6-month contract engagement. This role has a strong focus on BAU operational support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution across enterprise network environments, with occasional involvement in project delivery and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across routing, switching, security, wireless, and network monitoring technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to ongoing network stability and performance.

Must Have Competencies

Palo Alto experience including:

• PAN-OS
• Panorama
• Prisma SD-WAN
• GlobalProtect

Cisco experience including:

• Switching & Routing
• Wireless
• Call Manager
• Video Conferencing
• Catalyst Centre
• ISE

Ubiquiti experience including:

• PtP / PtMP configuration
• UISP monitoring

Radius / TACACS experience

Network Monitoring experience

ServiceNow experience

Nice to Have

• pLTE experience including:
• Modem configuration (Comset, AVI, Teltonika, Cisco)
• Framed Route/IP via Radius
• Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager experience
• Hikvision CCTV experience

• Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments
• Comfortable managing BAU operational workloads while supporting occasional project activities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within technical teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
