Project Manager (PM)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical clients in Germany. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project deliverables
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, developers, QA, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements
• Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Drive Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare project status reports and executive presentations
• Ensure high-quality delivery within scope and deadlines

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Fluent English required;
