Senior Project Manager – Residential Development | Dublin

A leading privately owned property developer with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Dublin-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for delivering premium housing and large-scale developments across Dublin and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and design teams to ensure successful delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards. The business has a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for a hands-on, collaborative approach to development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments from inception through to handover
• Manage programme, cost, quality, and risk across multiple project phases
• Coordinate consultants, design teams, contractors, and local stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, planning compliance, and construction delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments in Ireland
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, planning, procurement, and contract administration
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
