Director of Customer Analytics

Director of Customer Analytics – 6 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin

What’s involved

• Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Analytics team across data science, insights and decisioning.
• Shape and deliver the customer analytics strategy, using internal and external data to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
• Act as Business Sponsor for PEGA Decisioning, driving real-time, personalised next best actions for customers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Data, Data Protection and the wider business to deliver the roadmap.
• Lead advanced analytics projects across propensity modelling, recommendation engines, marketing attribution and media mix modelling.
• Build a strong commercial measurement culture, ensuring marketing activity is tracked, understood and translated into action.

What’s needed

• 10+ years’ experience in data analytics, ideally within a customer, marketing or commercial analytics environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale customer or marketing transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, including attribution modelling, media mix modelling and campaign measurement.
• Experience with decisioning or recommendation platforms, ideally PEGA Customer Decision Hub / PEGA Marketing.
• Strong statistical, modelling and data visualisation capability, with the ability to explain impact to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with Data Engineering teams to scale analytics infrastructure, improve governance and support delivery.
