Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across our fast-paced iGaming platform. You’ll be the link between Engineering and Product, turning ambiguous priorities into predictable releases. You will own release predictability, unblock dependencies, and lead design hand-offs to ensure specs are delivery-ready. You’ll make the hard trade-off calls on scope and deadlines, optimizing processes to ensure we hit our commitments by default.

Your main responsibilities including but not limited to

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple product teams to ensure predictable release cycles
• Bridge Engineering and Product by turning ambiguous priorities into delivery-ready roadmaps
• Lead design hand-off sessions to ensure specs are scoped and aligned with team capacity
• Unblock cross-team dependencies and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain velocity
• Make hard trade-off calls on scope and deadlines using data-driven risk assessments
• Maintain the single source of truth in Jira for all roadmap, risk, and capacity tracking
• Optimize release predictability by closing the gap between committed and delivered scope
• Enforce high SDLC standards across QA gates, CI/CD, and post-release monitoring
• Escalate risks with solutions and make fast decisions to keep the delivery pipeline moving

Our requirements

• 5+ years of Delivery or Engineering Management with end-to-end release accountability
• Expert Jira proficiency using JQL and dashboards to forecast capacity and roadmaps
• Technical literacy to challenge specs and discuss architectural trade-offs with engineers
• Product analytics fluency in PostHog or GA4 to validate funnels and metrics
• Executive stakeholder management to align priorities and negotiate scope with data
• Proven release predictability with a track record of hitting committed cycle targets
• Solution-oriented ownership focusing on fast decisions and proactive risk mitigation
• Experience in iGaming or high-velocity regulated product environments
