Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are looking for a passionate Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure) to drive the development and optimization of scalable, reliable and high-performing solutions. This role involves close collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver results while fostering a culture of open communication and continuous enhancement of our cloud and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with tools like Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates for building scalable, repeatable environments
• Support API governance and management with Azure API Management including implementing security and performance policies
• Integrate Azure-based AI capabilities (OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence) into backend APIs if required
• Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation tools such as Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates
• Expertise in Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway and Web Apps
• Strong commitment to reliable and rapid delivery processes with a collaborative team approach
• Certification in relevant Azure solutions (if applicable)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Background in .NET development and cloud integration
