Mobile Developer (Android+Flutter）

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for core mobile application development, primarily using native Android development, while also leveraging the Flutter framework to build cross-platform business modules (Android / iOS / H5), delivering rich, high-performance UI and functional features.
• Independently design, develop, and maintain native Android modules (Java/Kotlin), and integrate them with Flutter modules in a hybrid architecture to ensure stable collaboration between both technology stacks.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to coordinate requirements, ensure seamless API integration, and deliver an excellent overall product experience.
• Deliver high-quality code on schedule, actively participate in code reviews and optimization, and continuously improve code readability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Proactively drive continuous improvements in technical architecture, product experience, and application stability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized full-time university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of mobile development experience. Experience in cross-border or multinational collaboration is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in both native Android development (Java/Kotlin) and Flutter development, with the ability to independently deliver modules under both tech stacks.
• Proficient in Flutter UI components, with understanding of Flutter rendering principles and common native interaction methods such as Platform Channels.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and RESTful APIs, with strong capabilities in API integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiar with the full mobile application release lifecycle for Android / iOS, including packaging, submission, review, and app store publishing.
• Experience in performance optimization, troubleshooting complex issues, handling cross-platform compatibility, and hybrid development between native modules and Flutter.
• Strong product mindset and business understanding, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product and business teams to continuously improve products and achieve business goals.
